My approach

I am known to be direct and to the point but also understanding, funny and compassionate. I want you to get better; I am not in this to keep you in therapy forever. I experience happiness when I see you grow and live a more fulfilled life using the tools that we work on together. Therapy is hard work I know, I have been in therapy myself so I know how hard it is believe me. My sessions with you will be collaborative and I work as hard as you do, and if something doesn’t work I want to know right away so I can correct it or come up with another approach. We will find something out of my toolbox that will work for you. I want to help you untangle ways of thinking and behaving with clarity, and develop effective coping strategies specifically tailored for the things you are struggling with.
